Mika & Caleb Traditional Korean Tea Ceremony

Mika and Caleb performed a traditional Korean Paebaek Tea Ceremony with their family in honor of their wedding. Mika’s mother conducted the ceremony in an intimate space in Draper, Utah. The traditional clothing, called Hanbocks, were a beautiful representation of their Korean heritage. The rituals they performed included serving tea, offering advice, throwing dates and chestnuts, and piggybacking the bride. It was a beautiful and intimate celebration of the start of Caleb and Mika’s new family.
